The Twin Cities Snow Venturers
Venturer’s Ski and Snowboard Club is a non-profit co-ed Snowboarding and Skiing group that’s fun and affordable. We Snowboard and Ski on Sundays from December 13, 2009 through February 21, 2010. All youth, young men and women, in grades 8-12 are eligible and welcome to join the Ski-‘n-Snowboard Venturers for fellowship and healthy outdoor recreation.
Ski-‘n-Snowboard Venturers is a community organized program backed by the Venturing division of the Boy Scouts of America and sponsored by your local sports stores.
This year’s schedule will consist of nine Sunday afternoon outings and we offer some fun options to enhance your winter experience. Our traditional February weekend outing this year is to Granite Peak. In late March, for spring break we head to the Rockies.
Membership Benefits
One year of Venturer dues include accident and liability insurance, all transportation costs for local trips. Lift tickets are are not included, but are made available to the Snow Venturers at a significantly reduced cost: $18 for local trips.
